Toltrazuril 20.0 mg
Excipient, cbp 1 tablet.
USE IN:
Birds.
INDICATIONS:
Coccizuril ® is indicated for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis produced by parasitic protozoa of the genus Eimeria such as: E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. tenella, E. mibati and E. necatrix. Coccizuril ® is active against all intracellular stages of coccidia, which are of great economic importance because the affected birds have a high rate of morbidity and mortality, since it is not a disease that affects the entire flock. Coccizuril ® acts in the gametogony phase of coccidia, preventing the formation of oocysts, therefore it is recommended to give two simultaneous treatments.
The treated animals do not present collateral effects, it can be administered with other antiparasitic drugs, with vaccines or with food.
DOSE:
- Poultry 100.0 to 750.0 g of body weight ¼ tablet (can be dissolved in water).
- Birds of 750.0 to 1,500 g of body weight ½ tablet direct to the beak.
- Birds of 1,500 to 3,000 g of body weight one tablet direct to the beak
In all cases, repeat the dose after 24 hours.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Oral.
WARNINGS:
Do not consume the meat of the treated animals until 21 days after the last treatment. It should not be administered to LAYING HENS.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Keep in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
